Delete Account – KhataX
At KhataX, your privacy and data security are our top priorities. While we do not currently have an in-app functionality to delete your account directly, we are committed to assisting you with your request.
If you wish to delete your account, please email us at info@epagestore.com with the subject line “Delete My Account” and include the following details in your email:
- Your registered phone number.
- Your account name (if applicable).
- Any additional information to help us process your request.
Soft Deletion of Data
In the KhataX app, we have implemented a soft delete functionality. This means that any data or records deleted by the user within the app are not permanently removed immediately but are flagged for deletion. This ensures that any accidental deletions can be recovered, and no data is permanently lost without confirmation.
